Delivery target
Standard orders: up to 48 hours from the production-ready time.
Rush orders: up to 24 hours from the production-ready time.
The production-ready time is when payment has succeeded and we have the required assets, access and information. This avoids showing a misleading countdown while essential material is still missing.

Once your order becomes production-ready, our team confirms the active stage and target completion time through your project communication thread. If we need additional files or approval from you, we will tell you before the delivery clock continues.
